Do u wanna do more research on IAL and IB to understand which public exam you prefer more, as they are like apple to orange. I just saw u dun prefer DSE, but you might also have own preference on IAL and IB.

You mentioned that YW is not stressful if you dun expect top ranks.But if YW has IAL, u might also need to check if only top ranks can get to the program, if yes, then it’s not stress less as u mentioned. Also, if YW uses same resources to support DsE and IAL, it would be no surprise if they can only offer limited IAL programs depending on the resources and student enrolment.

I guess all these u needa consider as well before making the best decision :)
