The direct subsidized schools can select the best students into their Primary 1. And I do think the schools have also consider the parents' background if they are supportive to their kids' study.
For public schools, their students are randomly selected and the variation among them is really big. It is similar for the trucks, sport cars, bus etc all driving in 1 lane. The result is all the vehicles need to slow down, and all drivers need to suffer. |
