HKU 之前係4A*先有 interview. CU 要4A*加BMAT/UKCAT, 有可能入不到1st round interview. 咁可能要等出左actual 成績有4A* 先有得 interview.

Ukcat 應該考得切，有好多間 medical school 是用 Ukcat, 反而BMAT school 少d

A100 Applications

349 candidates applied to A100. Of those, 212 were rejected prior to interview and 137 were offered interviews.

We assess our international applicants in 4 different categories (Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong & the rest of the world undergraduates, and all international Graduates) based on educational opportunity and provision so that it is fair to all applicants.

We use the UCAT and the UCAS Tariff scores of undergraduate candidates in a 50/50 weighting. Information on the UCAT scores and deciles can be found on their website.

Indicative scores of candidates who were successful at gaining an interview are:

Bristol

Last year Bristol completely revamped how it selects students for interview. In the past, Bristol was known for being very focused on personal statement.

For 2020 entry, Bristol will no longer be using personal statement to select for interview and instead focus solely on the overall UCAT score.

For applications last year, Bristol comment that: “for 2019 entry, applicants with a UCAT score of 2730 or above were invited to interview. However, the number used as a threshold for interview is subject to change year-on-year.” If a similar cut off were to apply this year, then students need to be in at least the top 15% for the UCAT to stand a chance of interview.

每年收生分數會有出入, 可參考一下再計算那一所大學有較高機會 interview.

Buffer can consider St.Georges University of London, see the below admission information:

Both the section scores and the overall cut-off score must be met.
Section score	Minimum 500 in each individual section
Overall score	2,480 minimum overall UCAT score (calculated every year)

We will not be using the 'Situational Judgement' (SJT) section for 2021 entry. We will not consider any extenuating circumstances in relation to UCAT test scores. Additional information UCAT results are used to select students invited to interview and to rank our post-interview waiting list. UCAT scores do not need to be included on your UCAS application as we will be informed of your scores directly by Pearsons and UCAS. Please ensure that the name you use to register for UCAT is the same as that used on your UCAS form so results can be matched. We will also be informed of applicants who are exempt from the test or subject to special arrangements. 如果女兒UCAT每session有500以上, St Georges will be quite safe.
