Hi,
St Cat and PC are totally different KG. St Cat emphasize on NET and happy learning, with lots of outings (Mind you, they will cut their NET time from K2 onwards). Usually girls will also apply for CCKG in K2 in order to get into DGS. Some people think that St Cat children are less disciplined, my opinion is that discipline depends mainly on parents teaching. Primary schools allocations seem to be good, but my opinion is that St Cat got lots of children (up to 800), so there are great variations, and most parents are quite aggressive to train up their kids in order to get into famous primary schools.
PC is a very, very traditional local Cantonese-speaking Christian school. They aim at moral, discipline teaching, rather than bilingual environment. All their KG kids will go directlly to PC primary, though a few parents are also aggressive , and will apply for other famous primary schools, and will get in too.
St Cat: $$$, K1 (am and pm), K2 (pm only), K3 (am only)
PC: $, K1(am and pm), K2(am), K3 (pm)

I also live in Tseung Kwan O and take K8 schoolbus. Why does the schoolbus also started from Tseung Kwan O, then Sai Kung, Wong Tai Sin? Why they do not use only one bus in Tseung Kwan O, so that K8 and K16 schoolbus do not need to travel long distances with 10 stops?  What I did was to teach my son to fasten seatbelt! I nearly fell down from my seat even I had seatbelt on in the schoolbus. The route was not smooth and I felt like going to a picinic instead of riding on a schoolbus!!
