You always say someone has no legal sense. But I just doubt about your legal sensor.
You said, "Principal is the trust of the properties ...", and you also said,"All trustees have no right to own underlying assests under law." Please go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trust_law before you are going on the discussion.
I think you just made things confuse (愈幫愈忙).
In this case, Principal Yau is not a trust (a legal document) but a trustee, who legally holds the properties.

I know the "trust" [actually trustee] is typo, therefore I said you confuse others.

A trustee owns a property in law. Did you learn this in your company law course? I suggest you may look at some "equity" law books to study about trustee.

Answer: The property beneficial owner is the school, not the principal himself since the property was bought. Principal is only the trustee. All trustees have no right to own underlying assests under law.

OK, here I quote the whole answer of what you have said.

I did not intend to explain what a trust is as what you did. I only have very limited knowledge in trust. I haven't learnt trust in Company Law. I searched what a trust is in the internet. That's why I only said, "A trust owns a property.” and no more as I don't want to confuse EK's parents.

By the way, I didn't quote “A trust owns a property” from any sources; it's not part of sentences; it's my own word.

其實睇噉多BK有心人的評論，都是根據報章所報道的資料，矛頭都是指校長個人的誠信、操守道德問題。現今教育署已經著手揾專人徹查買樓事件的真相，如果發現實際情況與輿論的報道一致，即有人做出嚴重違規的不當行爲，當局一定會作出懲罰性處理。事態最終的發展，署方還是需要經過深入的調查，才有決定。至於學校爲何不立即作出澄清，還我校一個清白，相信這是不同手法的處理和決定，雖有違大家的期望，但對箇中的種種原因，各位也無需作出太多負面的猜測及判斷。請各位給于時間，此日可待。謝謝！
