The problem is not in the UE but in the CLC (D or C makes a big difference) if talking about getting into CityU.
The chance of getting into HKU and CU is very low. He may have chance to get into CityU provided that he has grade 5 in English and Chinese Languages in HKCEE. However he should secure for a place of BBA (Hons) Accountancy and Law at CityU. |
