I have pointed out that many people here have violated the policy of this forum especially about copyright. BK/EK has never done anything to avoid this. But they are very sensitive to some violations.

I have just posted a message querying about the copyright issue of edea's photo but has been removed.

I think it's unlikely for a person to be against the Discrimination Ordinance by posting message in a forum. Defamation is more likely.

You may consider to sue for defamation.

I have reviewed the definition of defamation and found that it must be a false statement of fact and therefore is not suitable for your assumed case. May consider mental abuse.
