I think it is just getting some background information.

Most of after school activities are arranged on Sat.  You will see many students and parents at school every Sat.

1 assessment and 1 exam each term.  2 assessments and 2 exams a year.

homework --> Not much, should be able finished in 1 hour.

如果小朋友食得太少, 老師會叫佢地返埋座位, 食多的才交個飯盒出去的的, 唔係食2啖就可以過到關的

副校講過, 飯可以食少的, 但係菜唔可以唔食, 佢地唔想學校所有小朋友都變晒肥仔....

報名時間: 今年的係8月, 我估出年會差唔多時間, 通常之前都有簡介會, 妳可以約7月中開始留意學校個web 或上來BK, 睇下有冇最近的消息
幼稚園: 呢個我唔識答, 不過, 我估小朋友面試時的表現亦很重要
英文程度: 聽聞07年第一屆的直資生英文相當不錯
interview 考的咩: 分別要見老師及校長, 要答問題, 不過唔知出年會唔會形式上有改變

林校長相當著重小朋友有看書的習慣,而且亦很強調家庭是小朋友第一所學校, 家長的身教是很重要..

There should be briefing session for P1 parents soon before /after begining of 1st school term.


Buma,
Previous years experiences, 3 consecutive days in last week of Aug.  Stop 2-3 days before the formal school term.  Half-day only.

No, parents can't accompany children to attend the class.  But there are plenty of chances to do voluntary work after the begining of school terms.

No,  last year theme is Olympic

As there is different theme each year, I guess the school will arrange different activities next year. ^

The bus schedule should be finalized only in summer as the no. of students taking school buses and locations still uncertain at this moment.

You may call bus company for present pick up time as a reference.   Usually, it will not change dramatically for existing stops.

Don't scare them la...ha..ha..

What I would say is after promoting to P1, your son's schedule will be on top priority....

As 010 say, your boys are superboys, they should be able to pick up P1 easily...

So, just relaxed.
