My daughter is holding the EU passport.  She is 8.  Do you mean every child can get the free education in UK government schools if he/she is holding the UK or EU passport fm age 1-18?  If I want to enjoy the local university school fee, I need to send her to UK before 16 for 3 years.

If you are holding a UK (not BNO) or EU passport, education in government schools would be free (up to age of 18).
