Thanks for the newspaper clipping.  It is just sad for him to think that way.  I don't know how he can face failure in the future.  No one can have a perfect 10 life.

As far as I know, if there is a regression in ability or if the delay is very significant, the doctor is more likely to do more tests to find out causes / causes that may be treatable.
