想問程序是:
1.由庫房直接過全數學費給學校,然後再扣津貼後餘額,從該公務員出糧戶口扣減(That means the government pay directly to the school and parents no need to set up any auto-pay account for school fee?)

OR

2.每月照由家長簽好的直接付款授權戶口過學費給學校,再由庫房每月按津貼比例過戶給公務員出糧戶口

**My husband says no.1 but for Sep school fee was already paid by us. What is the correct procedure?**

Moreover, how do we know the school fee are paid by government to school monthly?

One more question: Do I need to confirm with school that the school fee is paid by government instead of my autopay accout? It is beacuse I already submit the autopay direct debit form to school. Will the school still carry on debit the sch fee from my saving account?
