It is difficult to say 課程淺 or not as each individuals have their own target level. If you really want to know more, you can ask the school principal or supervisor, eg their teaching plan, their teaching approach. A school of high academic level does not mean that it is a good school or your target school.
Just for your info. There is a shuttle bus arranged by Pui Yen which goes from Kln Tong KCR/MTR to the school, costing $200/month. You may consider this if you take KCR/MTR.
