That examiner was really kind to allow your kid to take the exam, YanYan0116, I have met some who refused the candidates having exam even they reach on time.
Normally candidates should be there 20 mins before the exam.

Yes, it can be tough. Some candidates cried and beg to take the exam due to their late and the examiners wouldn't accept any excuses. I have seen that before.
