actually it is fair for those small kids (born in Nov. / Dec. 2004 ) to take P.1 for 2011, together with those big kids (born in Jan / Feb 2005). Both spend (waste) 1 year.
For the small girls, some are capable to pick up earlier,
but for the small boys, most of them develop slower. |
