Is there any mentions on "不遠標" in this HACS's notice?




I only know you will got repeated if you failed in certain subjects, although I can't find out
which notice mentioned that from my 5cm thick folder at this moment.

With the presence of first person description, those "heard about", "my friend said" is just rubblish
and carries no signifiance.
