So for PM students, what should their daily schedule be? Should they get used to not having the afternoon nap? Or sleep for an hour after they got home?
My friends kids in PM class tend to sleep at midnight and get up late the next day. I think it's not very healthy for children. But what's a better schedule for PM student? |
