In fact, I do not think there is much correlation with the parent's profession as from the response to the post many civil servants and professionals' kids are also not admitted. People suspect this because they think the interview arrangement is a bit rush and chaotic and so unfiar to them. However, many other KGs e.g. Good Hope also use the same approach by group interview. If your kid can perform smart and calm during such environment, don't you think the school can pick the good performer much easier? Also, I think the questionaire really matter as it reflect the attitude of the parents and the effort and resources they are willing to put on their kids. I have spent several days to prepare for the questionaire alone, draft it again and again, refine and refine and finally I think the school can feel my sincereity. |
