After 3 days 學界田徑(D2), sfxc ranked  20 out of 24 schools. Can remain in D2 next year!!!

Can anybody share the experience of your son's DSE? Do you think the school provide enough back up?

Can anybody give comments if 3 chosen subjects are too many for the students? As I have checked from the requirements of most U  and they only need 2 subjects and some only need 1.

For those students with middle or lower rank of students in SFXC, I suggest to take 2 elective subjects cos only 神级degree such as medicine will require 3 elective subjects.

Since he hasn't taken M1/M2, he may not drop any elective subjects.

Last year, there were about 50% of students getting into the degree courses of 8大. How about this year?

If including Shue yan and open U, there are almost 42% of pupils getting into U. That means if your son is ranking at 70 in the form, he will be marginal to enter into the degree course of university.

Tommorrow it is 1st day of D2 Inter-school athletics meet, and  to hope SFXC athletics all the best!!!

Although SFXC is ranking at 16 in HKSSF athletics meet,  the team has only score of 102 in which it is just advance 20 points to the school with ranking 21(to be demoted to D3 next year). Therefore, it is not safe for the school to retain at D2 next year. Anyway, all SFXC team is doing well without a strong support by the school.
