Hi Chelsia,

My girl Prudence said Kris invited her to have a lucky draw from her snack bag yesterday during recess.  When my girl drew a pack of 紫菜, Kris said this was hers.  Then my girl replied she wanted some food and Kris gave her a 芝士腸.  So funny interaction between them.

It is happy to share their bits and pieces of school life.

I have attended the phonics seminar today and chatted with other 1E mums clarifing that no Chinese dictation on coming Tuesday.  If so, teacher will require the students to write it in blue or red on hand book.

My girl only writes E & RE w.s., neither can I find it in her schoolbag.  Thanks for reminder from 1E mum, I ask her if there is any worksheet.  She suddenly remembers she has put it in the school uniform pocket.  She has folded it as a pocket size.

It is a piece of paper with pictures and words.  Should colour it.

Chelsea, thanks!  In fact I want to ask whether they need to bring back the science bk if no lesson on tomorrow.

To play safe, as Science has homework, I will ask my girl to bring tomorrow for submission.

Hi Chelsia,

I noted the science book homework is still in my girl's school bag.  It seems no need to bring if there is no lesson.

It's glad to know the Chinese dictation is confined to 課文一及默書補充一, or it is too much for their first time.

Any mum knows if they should bring "The Mango Tree" for reading session tomorrow?  My girl is not sure and I doubt as they have brought this book to school for reading already.

Please advise.  Thank you.

according to my girl said that we have not bring any reader to school today !

My girl told me that they read "Old Dog Tom" today and of course she did not bring.

Regarding 童詩兩首, my girl also has no idea.  Any mums can help.  Thanks in advance.

Dear Versace,

When there is a quiz, there is no dictation.  Same rule applies to GE.

So, our girls will take a Chinese quiz tomorrow without dictation.  After that, we have to review GE and Maths with them without break this week.

Dear 1E parents,

My girl told me she forgot to complete the handbook today. May you help me ?

Just a reminder, there is no school for tomorrow as it is a staff development day.  So our girls can have more time to prepare for the coming test.  Hope all parents get through it with ease.

I have been drawn to be one of parent helpers too.  My girl is so excited about the picnic and discussed with her team members about the food they want to bring.

Some mums also said they went there themselves even not as a helper last year.  The school did not decline their attendance.
