有問題的直資學校通常有甚麼特色??

I open the forum to collect your opinion (through your real experiences) on the characteristics of these DSS with some "problems"


1) Too much power on the principal, e,.g. discretions on admission procedures or financial management


2) Administration - "亂"

What else??

1) Too much power on the principal

2) The discrepenancies between what he said and what he has done

3) Try very hard to put too much focus on him/herself using his "Charm", to attract die hard fans...Very suspicious an educator put too much energy on his/her "own image" , like a business man or a movie star - very suspicious!!

1) Overpower of principals

2) Discrepancies on what he/she said and on what he/she has done

3) Put too much focus to be "charming" and creating "self-image" as a movie star kind of leader

4) Also, some fans will try to shut you up if you have challenges towards the school policy or the principal!!

5) Doing things "unethical" as an educator

6) Also parents going through the seminar thinking" 哇, 好理念, 好有愛心喎, 好惜小朋友", then after the process, you think "有冇搞錯? 咁都得嘅? 佢D Charming 去哂邊? 佢搞乜鬼理念? 咁基本嘅原則都冇, 係咁先啦...."

interview result 拖字訣, 無了期, 一邊安排interview.   一邊招生, 但第一批仲未比result 家長.

it's not the fault of parents and students. It's the fault of the leader, his management ability, his disciplined use of his power on school management or administration that parents and students as well as the public as given him


His power is given by the public - tax payers, he should be accountable to all in the public, not only parents of his own school!!
