My boy was not on top of the waiting list, around #200+, but he got offer luckily.

My boy is holding Canadian passport...
We had received email before xmas, which asked for school report & school reference letter.

Call the admission office, the staffs are nice. Check for your waiting list number, and make sure that nothing is missing on the application process.

Yes, Kellett's reception = K2, so I had submitted the K1 report, and asked the K2 class teacher to write the reference.

In my case, I submitted app form when my boy was 4m old. After 2-3weeks, received school letter to confirm that "the child is on waiting list #??" (forgot the #). Then I called the school irregularly to check the waiting list #. Till the xmas before my boy was going to turn in 4yrs, received school email again asking for school report and reference.

Individual debenture Hk$100,000- , depreciating in 7 years.
I heard that at least 70% students should be holding foreign passports. But I have no idea for the exact number.

There are 5 classes of reception(22 children/class), 2 in Kowloon bay and 3 in pokfulam. You're #80+ on the waiting list, it means your chance is high. Probably you may receive email again in the coming November/December for the school report and reference letter. For the reference, you may ask the existing class teacher to write for you.

個人而言，我們對學校很滿意！兒子一直每天只是上3hrs幼稚園，開學前很擔心轉新校又要返全日，4歳的他是否能適應？很意外，短短一星期他已完全適應。原本連自理能力也很一般，但現在家人朋友們都說他大有進步，長大了也乖巧聽話很多。
我是自己接送返放學，所以也容易接觸到老師，感覺老師們也不錯。兒子在家有開心或不開心事也常說要告訴老師，我想老師與學生關係也應該頗好吧！
每班有兩位義工家長作為老師與家長的橋樑，他們會電郵提醒家長，學生們將會有什麼活動？要準備什麼？又會安排一些家長聚會，讓家長們可以互相認識，如果你願意岀席的話，認識幾個家長朋友應該没有問題的。

收到學校通知表示如果買50萬債券, 可優先入學, 但要通過interview.....我一直以為reception是不用interview ...

相信同原校寫既 reference letter有關，弟弟今年入reception，學校無要求interview，但有classmates話他們有interview。
有老師表示，如果原校對小朋友既英語能力有清晰和正面評價就未必需要interview。

你好，當年幫小朋友報名時，一個係兩歲四個月，一個係四個月，大嗰個一直wait唔到，細嗰個就wait到reception入，後來係細佬先入，家姐因為sibling priority所以跟住都收咗。
兩個小朋友係返bilingual 幼稚園，讀local幼稚園都冇乜大問題，有位都應該要interview，英文對答良好就ok :)
