If u want them to put you in Cat 1, you have to state that you are not willing to speak "Cantonese".
So, if you speak Mandarin instead, you may be in Cat 1 then.
For sure, even if you are holding foreign passport but your 1st language is Cantonese. Or you can speak Cantonese. No hope for Cat 1.............. |
