I understand your feelings and situation, according to what you've said, you've really tried your best under this circumstance, especially you are a working parent yourself.

The school and teaching staff need to know that you are willing to work with them.

What you are doing now is correct, and I am quite sure that the school will recognize it fairly soon!

Education is all about building up the younger lives and souls, no schools should easily make any parents feel like "oh my little one might need to go somewhere else", especially in the kindergartens!

All you will need to do is to share what you've learnt about your child with the school, make sure they know that you are willing to work with them.

Meanwhile, try to be patient with your own little one, the explanations that you've tried with him are great, keep it up.
