I think all the international primary & 直資DSS school are the same e.g. 英基 ESF or st. Margaret or St. Paul Co. almost is very inview the non-Chinese first.
By the way the local parents are also very happy that so many non Chinese children are study together  with our kids at primary and kindergarten school .
My daughter is study at P.1 now, her class is 1/3 children are non Chinese. Their text paper of Chinese are easy that local student but the English are the same. So local student must good English and Chinese but non Chinese student are more easy.
But I don't think that is not fair.
If Dad is Chinese and Mum is British
You apply to non Chinese group that will easy to get in the primary school. Almost is like that of all.

By the way local school that mean the tradition school is for the Chinese children first.
