no debenture is needed in any grade. you can pay 60k annual capital levy on top of the tuition fee so you are thinking of 230000 a year at this moment and expect a 5%increase every year on tuition and 10k increase in capital levy every 5 years or so.

yes they do math... and some writing such as your name. And they are interviewing every applicant this year.
