From my personal experience, yes, Step is very commerical but not professional.  It is so famous, I think partly is because the owner of the company always shows up on TV.
Regarding course fee refund, my child was taking a course in Heep Hong during May - June when everyone is concerned about H1N1. Heep Hong also stopped the course, but arranaged a refund. $7,500 is not a small amount of money. It is very unethical that they still get the money but provide nothing. |
