Agreed!! This two words can be used as 書面語so it's not that bad. If a student really committed a crime that can be described y this word, that is no problem! It showed that the teachers not only emphasized on academic, also care abt the student's moral behaviour. If the teacher uses the words, such as 白痴, 低能, etc, then it will be no good.........
