Actually, I agree with the other's opinion. Ten years old is too late. I talked to the education   psychologist before. She suggested that once you do the test with a kid and discover that he /she is a gifted child. You should start your plan for him /her to learn. Otherwise, a few years later, the speciality will fall back. Thus, the training should start maybe five as we know that the kids can do the test with more accurate result.
