DBSPD 2nd interview

Based on the experience last year, there is a fair chance that we can receive the letter as early as this Sat. So nervous.

We will do the same if my son can get an offer. As the chance is not high, I still need to prepare the APS interview with my son in the next two days. Sigh!

Thanks for the update. Just my own guess cos some parents received the letter on Sat last year.

We attended the 4:00 p.m. session. Despite so many kids attending the interview, the process is smooth and efficient.

Based on what my son told me, the interview questions are more on the academic side. The style is quite similar to SFA.

My son attended the interview class but it is not particularly helpful if the parents don't practice the materials with the kids themselves.

Perhaps it is not a bad thing. At least we can keep our hope alive for another few days.

You are really my role model! Your kid is lucky to have a desperate parent who will do anything possible to help him getting into a good school.

BTW, do you have any idea about P2 to P5 admission of DBSPD? How many places usually available? If my son can't get an offer this year, I may let him try the P2 admission next year.

Just received the "waiting list" letter. I was so disappointed. Can't imagine anyone will give up a DBS offer, so the chance is very very slim indeed.

Having said that, I really appreciate the parents here for the support and information. Good luck to all the kids and wish them all a fruitful school life in the coming years.
