當高幼唔係龍校，只係普通幼稚園，你認為佢教成點？如果學生出去考其他直資，有冇足夠競爭力哩？如同根德園相比又怎樣？

好同意，所以我好想知究竟高幼教成點。因為雖然佢話自己課程深，重點係啲學生識唔識呢？你教得深唔代表D學生接收到 ger bor。但係好似都仲係冇家長解答到究竟高幼依家教得好唔好。如果好，怎樣好法；如果唔好，怎樣唔好法。

對我嚟講，高幼上高小如有40% (about 60 to 70 students)，我是收貨的，因一早知不是guarantee 的。
本人更關心是學校質素，因還有KV 的offer，所以難免比較。
本人期望高幼可做到下列：
1 教曉認字及其他academic 知識
2 小朋友自動自學做功課
3 有presentation skill 的訓練
知道這些都在高幼課程內，但不知實行成點，所以仲係返復思良。

多謝你的分享。其實我都打算搵日去高幼睇下，最想知係D小朋友返到屋企其實識唔識學校教咗嘅嘢，因為Gerald 之前的comment 似乎係小朋友未必識。到時等我問下其他家長先得。

Your comment is very detailed. And that was why my preference was RC. Some schools train up academic while there is minimum training on presentation skill; and other schools focus on project and train up presentation skill but parents will need to take care of the academic aspect themsleves.

My understanding is that RC has training on both and therefore would be perfect. The only concern is how effective is that being implemented?

Yes, they have show and tell session and encourage students to present and tell other what they think. I like this aspect too.

My friend's girl joined their K2 from this September and she said it is very obvious that her girl talks a lot more after attending RC.

聽講要做project, 要蒐集資料,然後返到學校 present. 但同時亦有功課做,要寫字。
所以好似兩邊都兼顧到，但同時我又擔心會唔會兩頭唔到岸呢？因為是新校，冇reference, 所以先想問多D意見。

For me, the curriculum is more important.

RC’s emphasis on both presentation skill and academic level is a big attraction to me.

For most dragon schools, the comment is that the academic level is not high.

For most project type schools, they also do not concentrate on academic development.

On the other hand, for the traditional type of schools, they only concentrate on academic development but do not develop the presentation skill.

So RC seems to be a good choice for it is looking for a balance of both. I am willing to pay the school fee for this type of teaching alone even if there is no guarantee of dragon.  After all, what we want as parents is to choose a place that can help us to develop our kids in an all rounded manner.  The only concern to me is that RC is so new so that I do not know how well this is being implemented.
