I must have belonged to the "minority" when I was a child.  I lived in Wanchai and even though Wah Yah Primary School is also in Wanchai, I still took a school bus to go to school because the location was (and still is) quite remote.
Geographical vicinity only means less time for travelling, not necessarily "no need for travelling".

既然你對他/她的行為反感，為甚麼不舉報他/她呢？你放生了他/她，等於縱容他/她。

As many as you can lor!  

Many people have the guts to complain in words but not in action, even if they have sufficient information to lodge complaints to EDB.  Don't you think it's a bit hypocritical?

If you see a thief stealing someone's purse and you don't report it to the police, you are in a way collaborating with the thief, because you tolerate such action.  The principle is the same.

要舉報, 可以舉報幾多, 識得身邊超過十幾位家長都是如此, 小學, 中學, 個個都是咁做, 唉 ~~~ 佢地個個家長都話報婆婆麻麻地址, 但係小朋友同我講平日少見婆婆麻麻。
