名校的迷思

For the sake of discussion, no offence:

The reason is perhaps IBs want local Chinese for China market, not entirely because they are better...

actually 15 yrs ago that was the case too... when I was in Form 6 most bright students went overseas...

On the contrary I think the status of local U's have raised based on what I have seen at work

Actually there are some young people who did poorly in HK schools became quite successful after studying overseas.  They are fortunate that their parents can support them.  

過去，我見個個係香港唔掂的学生，去去外國，個個會神奇地突然開腦，學成歸來。

但依家又唔係噃，有人同我講，見過有一留學回來的，連影印也要教十次，叫他找一份文件，佢可以連以前排列也搞亂。又有銀行請一外國留學生做teller，佢唔知有million呢個字。

點解呢？點解過去個個咁神奇，依家就唔得呢？

其實你睇公仔去睇一個人,咁我都睇你post覺得你係一個好執著的人,有時太執著個人會好唔開心,唔只你一個唔開心,身邊人都會唔開心,而你亦好想人地聽你命令,你係一個自我為中心的人,唔會理會其他人感受. (咁你講可唔可以憑外在因素去睇一個人?)
何必呢,大家網上交流,何必要人地聽你講,認同你,大家成年人,唔係上黎教仔. 大家啱傾啱睇米講多一兩句,唔啱聽米一笑至之.

個名係因為我個女鍾意北極熊所以咁改,BB係我地平時咁叫佢,我姪女問我用咩名我就叫佢幫我打這個名,BK我開左好耐都開唔到account,所以就要搵我姪女幫手,成個過程我唔响到,佢攪掂左比個 password我叫我自己入,我見到個公仔問佢點解這個,佢知我鍾意Kitty,不過佢話佢搵左好耐都搵唔到一個特別D,比佢見到這個佢覺得好小有就整左落去,佢咁講我咁聽,唔會深究,有時做人開心過一日米算 lor,何必執著.

其实有幾多精英到外國，有數得計，不過我估唔多，計法簡單，先定義何謂真英，例如考幾多分。再看看中大、港大、科大等出名科目收生人數和收生成績，幾可計到。

我反而見到不是精英或未証明係精英的離港多。試想，如果你生着一"考試機器"，你都會俾佢考會会考或高考才決定啦，都讀咁多年啦！

當然，國際學校的學生幾乎会是精英，注定要出國留学了。

我唔會單憑一個公仔一個圖畫去判斷個小朋友有問題,我會睇佢多方面,例如佢係米唔開心,功課壓力係米好大,如果佢各方面都冇問題只係覺得得意我覺得OK, just for fun, take it easy.
好似心理學家話黑色代表個人唔開心,不過時下好多人鍾意黑色,個個鍾意穿到成身黑出街,不過佢地唔係唔開心,係因為潮流興.
有時太主觀去睇一樣野未必一定啱,樣樣野都可以從兩面去睇. 我成日教個女睇野唔好睇一面,唔好咁主觀,去判斷一件事時要從多方面去求証.
