有家长话Nov16是2nd in的第一天，照理来说，也应该这个星期发信通知。起码，有份2nd in的家长可能都有兴趣参与他们的school fete.
不过，听讲学校真的到现在还没发信。

It seems that..today is their school holiday...so don't know will affect their progress to make phone call to the parents for the 2nd int.?

聽講過埋school fete先寄信，費事星期日比人"纏"喎。

也有道理。

那么，大家会否去它的school fete呢? 若不去，万一有份儿2nd in，被问起时就不大好，但去(被逼那种)，若没有2nd in,又多此一举。

Called the staff already and she said it means your child doesn't have 2nd Int if you haven't received their letter within this week. This is the conclusion.

I called DBS yesterday, they just said the letter would sent out this week ( and the letter not send by them, by others dept.)
