hi be,

My girl got accepted the N1 pm class this Aug 2008. But we decided to let my girl study in Creative instead becoz it very close to where I live.  I personally like Canan, but it is expensive to pay HK$530 monthly for the school bus (for short distance) and the monthly school tuition of HK$2,530 (but need to pay 12 months) is NOT cheap either.  Considering the first school year should let my girl to get along with other kids and learn some discipline.  Creative should also be fine.

其實夠兩歲就可以讀Ｎ班, 你可以選擇2009年1月插班, 打电話去學校問吓詳盡D資料(幾時報名).

靚太太, you're right, you shall pay the month(s) you pay. But their school duration for N1 starting from Aug 08 (probably mid Aug) till sometime in July 09.  So we have to pay 12 months.  There is nothing to pay pro-rata for less than one month (i.e. Aug 2008 & July 2009)

yaulinda你好! 做全職媽咪有好有唔好啦!!
當初我辭職唔做都因為個工人既問題, 而家都唔係好想請工人...
而返N1最好都唔好去太遠, 尤其是工人接送的話, 因為路程太遠小朋友始終辛苦, 工人又唔知靠唔靠得住! 所以, 你真係要考慮清楚N1地點問題呀~~
其實N1讀邊間都應該差唔遠, 選間唔太遠自己又感覺OK既可以啦~~

ibaamyng, 你係咪已經決定左讀啟思? 如果你住藍田的話, 返迦南都唔一定要坐校車, 搭車或者地鐵站行落去都ok呀! 認真再考慮啦, 因為我本身囝囝都比啟思收左, 我冇去留位呀, 因為覺得迦南好o的! 但係之後啟思打電話問我咩原因唔去留位, 我好有禮貌咁答佢我地有take左另一個offer, 唔好意思! 佢竟然cut我線, 我真係覺得佢地好冇禮貌, 咁樣點教好小朋友呢? 不過可能係個別老師問題啦!

Recently asked a friend who is the Kindergarten teacher.  She said both kindergartens are not that good.  Especially for 啓 X, their teachers' turnover rate is very really high (which I noted 40% of their staff worked less than 4 years http://chsc.edb.hkedcity.net/kindergarten/) becoz of low salary and therefore most of their school teachers are very fresh aiming to gain expereince.  She said that I will notice it later.  

I've walked together with my housemate and my child last weekend, the way to Canan is really not that close to where I live (right above the long escalator above MTR).  I will worry for my housemate to take my child to walk especially during the rainly season.   Anyhow, pre-nursery is not for my child to learn knowledge, most likely will let her try first few months to see how it goes.  If it is not right, might withdraw and join other playgroups until she turn to 3 years old.

One more thing, my friend told me that the maximum ratio for K1-k3 should be 1 (teacher) : 15 (students).  For pre-nursery, it should be 1 : 12.   However,啓 x told me their coming classes for pre-nursery is 1:15.  Don't know whether there is a mis-communications.   My friend said we can raise the complaint if we find that the ratios is more than the above mentioned.

我個b07年１月5号出世,如果出年8月開學得個１yr8mth未讀欠住,我問過迦南啦,佢哋建議我响2010年2月插班淨係讀下學期,但係我又覺得學遲左半年嘢喎,如果我2010年8月即bb2yr7mth先償n1又會唔會太遲??你可以比d意見我嗎 ??Sorry , 仲有我想問埋1个月要how much(包校車費(I live at yau tong),茶点等等)

My  son has registered for 08/09 n1 am class, not yet decided to take this one, awating another kindergarten's confirmation, where nearer to my residence so that my son needs not to take the school bus and wake up so early.
