祟真有分國際部和普通,我囝囝幼稚園同學仔讀國際部,課文真的很深,也沒有聽見他說有問題,因為國際部只有英文和普通話,可能非國際部會差小小,有沒有媽媽可以更正。

But the school fee for 祟真國際部 is around 5,000 per month.  SMC's school fee is around 2,800 per month...

不足之處係聖瑪加利因為仲係新校, 好多家長對佢認識不深,所以對佢唔係好有信心, 希望日後學校做多d好成績, 等多d人支持佢.

行政,老師流失問題大嗎 ?

始終學校前身係中學, 本身已經有運作經驗, 所以行政上唔算好亂, 咁當然偶然都有D地方可能配合得無咁好, 不過整體都係OK既.

關於老師流失, 外籍老師係合約制, 可能係一年, 或者兩年一份合約, 到期有老師走都係好正常, 不過學期中就比較少有老師走, 所以唔會影響小朋友學習.  至於本地老師, 普遍都好穩定.

師資 2者邊間好些,因聽聞祟真流失很大,thanks

the turnover rate for the teachers in private school and DSS should be higher than the teachers in subsidized school. The reason is that teachers in subsidized school are eligible for joining the Provident Fund Scheme (I forgot the exact name) of EDB. When teachers are working for more than 15 years, they only contribute 5% of their salaries as a portion of P Fund, while the EDB will contribute 15% for P Fund. So teachers who are working in the subsidized school for long time are unwilling to work in DSS & private school. So lazy teachers or experienced/good teachers will stay in subsidized school for very long period. it is difficult for the principal of the subsidized school to fire the lazy staff.
But usually young and energetic teachers will work in DSS or private school for short period. The reason is that they really want to join the P Fund scheme provided by the gov't , so they keep on looking for positions in the subsidized school. BUT usually the salaries for the young teachers in DSS are higher to attract them to stay at the school for longer period.
I am heard that the salaries for the teachers in SM are quite good. They will be given bonus at the end of the year, usually it will be one or two months of their salaries. 
On the other hand, the workload of the teachers in the DSS is different from teachers in subsidized school. Teachers in DSS usually have less lesson but they are required to do many administrative duties.

祟真我唔係太熟悉, 好難去比較.  不過每間學校都會有好老師同差一點既老師, 碰到邊類型都要講小小運氣.

小女係聖瑪加利已就讀3年, 英文既進步真係好明顯, 大部份教佢既老師都好好, 有d仲會親切到攬頭攬頸, 所以小女係好鍾意佢自己間學校.
