想問係咪一定要買600萬debenture先收？聽聞有d可以俾20萬，或者唔買都收，請指教！

如果錢是issue, 也許應該考慮其他學校。江湖傳聞是此校愈來愈勢利，希望是我錯了。

Same here. We didn't buy debenture and was accepted this coming year. I know a friend also in the same situation.
