所以地區不成問題的話，我會選Marymount。

無可能，我識幾個小朋友， 20分都入唔到 St.Mary， 15分點入。

My daugther got 20 marks, but she could not get in St Mary last year (i.e. Nov 2007). In fact, I can say that the chance to get into St Mary with 20 marks is very low!! My wife heard that someone got 25 marks cannot get into there last year. If you have 20 marks and would like to choose Cathloic school , I really suggest you consider to choose the 2nd tier famous school like St Rose of Lima or St Paul Primary. Very likely your daugther can get into it at the first round with peace of mind. My daugther studied in St Rose Kingergarten, we did not choose St Rose Primary School at first round. Eventually she could not get into St Rose even we are in that zone. Our case gave us a lot of frustructions. But thank God eventually, we got an offer from HKUGA after the "lottery" result. My daughter will go there for P1 inthe coming Sept. She appears like the school so much even she has not started it. Hope she will enjoy it. Hope all the parents and kids participating the coming P1 selection game good luck. God bless you all.

It really depend your expectation and your Girl's Character.  If I choose, i chose St Mary which is one of the Top 10 Primary School in HK but MPS is not.

Are you sure Hennessy Govt AM is included in the top 10 list. So if compare Hennessy Govt AM vs St. Paul Primary (Happy Valley), which is better?

我個人接觸所見Marymount真係好ｄｄ啦！手袋黨唔知係唔係名人？不過St.Mary都好！各人所見所接觸不同！所以見解有差異唔出奇！

<請指教！>---唔好咁客氣，我只以我所知+個人主觀意見比你分析下。大家都係為個女！只是你揀小學，我揀中學罷了。


兩間我都有朋友女兒就讀，兩間都一定係上佳選擇。如果地區係考慮因素，要用這兩間做選擇﹔九龍區就St. Mary，香港區就Marymount吧。個人真係唔贊成小學生長途跋涉。

個人認為Marymount應該同Maryknoll比，英小+少少貴族feel。如果無記錯St. Mary以前都係英小，但後來才是中文小學。由於本人中學入了一間英中，一開學眼見來自英小的同學的英語對答能力，自已有幾辛苦先追得上，加上學語言越早越好的關係，所以如果可以我一定幫女兒選英小。


<出名的資料有好多，名人都好多>------通常我們多只以”官”去評定。


20分-----兩間都難入，我之前講那個case我自己都唔明點解會有咁ke情况出現。<瑪利曼全港島區唯一的津貼英小女校,灣仔區熱門之選>by Sindy,所以係好好好難入。但2nd round都係講運氣，有運三千抽一同三抽一冇分別。

<中學成績是否都一樣好>----其實中學兩間都好，分別在於小學，所以我會將Marymount看高一線，因為Marymount英小加E.Lit，小學生不是全部可以升上中學的，較精英，所以理論上達標的小學生到左中學都應該做到以英文學英文，所以學習能力同氣氛比較”活”。而其餘 % 的外校生更要band 1 中的top band 1生才可有interview的機會。而且如果你比較他們的英文卷，你就會知兩間小學的分別。對唔住，個人只比較英文，因為英文底好才能應付自如，所以我只以大部分學生能力計算，不理小部分精英。雖然兩間都是好學校，但兩間學校的學習氣氛有點不同。

Sindy個女張相好似係Marymount，你可以向佢請教。

st mary & mps叩門入到都唔係常人,如果你唔識人/無特異功能既話,就唔好諗囉(由心的),唔係考試同證書關係啦
