No, but if you are Chinese, then may be you will be listed on Cat 2, thus may be in the waiting list, as there is a lot of Cat 1 (Native English speaking) applicants this year, and possibly in the coming years....

英基青衣國際幼稚園 ESF (TY), that's an offer but don't know it's AM or PM? A tour will be on the 12th Jan....

No Guarantee, for sure.....

Congratulations Pilotkid! Are u in Cat 1 or 2? seems like it's hard to get a place in Tsing yi, really happy for u

As far as Iknow, at the end of the school tour, they will give u the contract and whether your kid belongs to am or pm class will be listed in it!

你是apply abacus的嗎？我聽前abacus kinder家長引述校長說這幾年apply kinder 的cat 1學生也多了很多，所以入讀的機會也相對小了。想知有沒有其他報了abacus的小朋友取錄了呢？

yes, you need to think thoroughly before you accept their offer as ESF kinder only provides two years kindergarten education.  If you want your child to study in the local primary school, then you need to think which school your child will go after the two years education in ESF.

I've applied the one at Eu Kai Sha and they said the letter will be sent in early Jan 09.

My major concern is whether there is a through train for ESF primary school.  If there is no high chance, I may prefer letting my girl studying in EP class of St.Catherine's.  At least she can have better foundation on Chinese.
