Wootaitai, thanks for your clarification.  My kid is not with Victoria, the comment I have written here is just hearsay from a few friends with kids going to Victoria.  They told me some VK kids may have difficulties at the begining to adopt to local P1, not can't.  But I think as most of the Victoria students are smart, I don't think it will take too long.

維記只有寶翠園一間係行IB，大家可以上佢website睇，佢仲連接去IB website，維記亦只有寶翠園一間。  但維記小學是行IB的，所以就算幼稚園較偏向IB，亦無可厚非，但我不相信忽略local升學，因為讀維記小學的維記幼稚園學生約只有四分之一，那剩下的四分之三難道不用升小學嗎?  

至於考P1有困難，我覺得係一d家長以為小朋友讀維記，就忽略咗屋企教小朋友都好緊要，所謂嬌兵必敗，亦正好反映在小朋友成績身上。

適應P1方面，我諗邊間小學都好緊要，如果係一d傳統名校，除非係直屬幼稚園上，否則任何小朋友都會面對適應問題，加上家長太倚賴學校，才會令小朋友適應有問題。

希望各位家長睇post 時，要記住沒有學校是perfect 的，要自己想清楚希望小朋友的路怎樣走、如何走，才作出決定，切勿人云亦云，須知有不少家長，是正在等待你放棄學位，後來補上。

如果維記真係咁差，又年年爭崩頭?

我打過去CWB維記問過, 幾年前他們已經開始行IB, 但這個Programme要做一段的assessment先可以取到個驗証, 所以website一路都未更新! ! ! 最近已正式取得個驗証, 所以下年正式成為維記第二間IB學校, 好唔好, 真係見人見智.....
