You can use download form.  My son enrols in G7 (Form 1) this year. I missed the Briefing last year and hence I did not get the preprinted form.

I downloaded the application from the school website.  

Today my boy is a student of DBS.  There is no discrimination for using download form.

我見到一對夫婦拿了4份,話驚填錯wo....想d家長放鬆都幾難.

當年我囝囝考P1時, 我都是用DL form. 當年很多家長也親自到學校取表, 但我要返工, 而交表又要親自去, 所以都系DL form 算拉, 結果都是被取錄了. 我相信沒有分別.
