Just checked the room is available on 12/12, 25/12 & 26/12 but remined that the capacity is 30-40 people.  We may need to think other venue for backup.

Just checked Trendy Toon Town (G/F, 1 Bejing Road) that the date of available for booking only on 12 Dec 04, 25/12 & 26/12 no booking for public.  The min. headcourt is 30 & the charge is following.

Buffet - Set A
below 3 yrs old - free
3 - 10 yrs old - $108 +10%
Adult - $138 + 10%

Buffet - Set B
below 3 yrs old - free
3 - 10 yrs old - $118 + 10%
Adult - $158 + 10%

Time : 11:30 am - 2:00 pm OR
           2:30 pm - 5 :00 pm

I am ok for option in Trendy Toon Town, preferred time: 11:30am-2pm.  Either buffet set is fine for me.  But if majority prefer to have party on 25 or 26, I guess the venue could be only restricted to clubhouse and we could only accept early bird registration and put the others on waiting list.

I had hosted a birthday party for Timothy in clubhouse before.  I think we can make 3 hrs reserves in function room for buffet and book the Badminton for play the games with children.  It can take around 40 to 50 people in function room to take the buffet.  What do you think?

That is OK.  Have you a time go to make a booking?  Otherwise, I go to make a booking on Wed night.

How about the time?  Any objection for the time at 11:00am -  2:00 pm?

Yes, I can. Is fix the date on 12 Dec from 11am to 2pm?  I can buy some "零食" & Soft Drinks.  You would like to order the buffet lunch from clubhouse or outside.  On the last time (Timothy’s Birthday party), I order from outside company which I always use.   Maybe we can compare the food list and price.

I think they prefer held the party on 25 Dec or 26 Dec.  How about you?  
I alway got the clubhouse buffer menu,  we can compare the other service provider.

Sorry that I might not be available on 12 Dec as we shall attend the Sunday School and Church until 11:30am.  Hence, we could only join if the party is either on 25 & 26 Dec.

I have check from clubhouse is available on 25 and 26 Dec whole day and then one family can make the function room booking for 3 hrs only.  But I have any function for my son on 25 Dec morning and will be back on 1pm.  Can we charge the time from 1:30pm to 4:30pm or host the party on 26 Dec ( I will be free for whole day).
