Called the campus and they had sent the 1st batch of letters to the waiting list candidates and ask them whether they are interested in places at Hung Hom campus.  

If the responses is less than the offered places, they will send the 2nd batch letters.

In addition, there will be K1 at both Kln Tong and Hung Hom campus.

and, i'm confused the message said K2 hv 3 lauguages teacher or K1?

just think if K2 move bk to Kln Tong,  if Hunghom campus hv many K1.....there will many K2 in Kln Tong?????

Kln Tong already vy full as i knew.  How they can squeeze ??

Called SC, the lady said there will be 10 classes in Harbour Place, 5 morning session and 5 afternoon session.

I confuse the meaning of the after graduated K1 at Harbour Place, K2 and K3 will study on Kowloon Tong Campus.

I also got the letter, I have asked the kindergarten, I should make sure my kid to be promoted to K2 & K3 at Kowloon Tong campuse without any further exam or assessment. She asked "yes, no further assessment required." but she told me to remark this point on the reply letter.
However, they don't tell me how many students enrolled in new campuse and I also afraid of chaos of new campus.
What's your opinion?

what a news about this new campus thing. I am glad that I checked this forum!

Please be reminded that at SC (in all campuses), the "dual class teachers" 雙班主任 (Eng-Cantonese, or Eng-PTH) only happen in K1.

In K2 and K3, only one "class teacher" would be responsible for the overall teaching of things in school (plus about 2 teacher assistants). If I am not mistaken, the English teacher would come and visit the classrooms in various classes and teach the oral and phonics, and would not "station" at your kid's classroom.  (at least, this is what happen at E/C class).

So, in E/C, your 班主任 would be Cantonese person, and E/P, 班主任  is PTH person.

This "雙班主任 in K1 only" is not a new arrangement, and has been like that for years. Just a friendly reminder.
