Same here.
Previous orders are fine, not until this order :
placed on 27 November 2012
said shipped : 29 November 2012
Arrived 9 January 2013 with a local post chop dated 5 January 2013

Another order
placed on : 18 December 2012
not yet arrived

Hate their auto reply : please check local post office

Won't order from them anymore,

There seems to be some improvement with BD. I received two books today. They were ordered on 30 Jan and sent out on 5 & 6 Feb.

Pre-order items ordered on 30 Jan were dispatched on 14 Feb and arrived on 4 March.

It seems that their delivery is back to normal (which is reasonable) this year.

Similar experience here. A pre-order placed last 23Nov despatched on 14Feb and received today.

BD just told me that they will send me a replacement for the book I ordered in mid Dec 2012! Thank god for that! Dare not order from them anymore, at least not during Christmas time.
