If living in Kln East, choose Good Hope.
Why choose SPCS?
Kln side has many Catholic schools as well.

What if location is not a consideration?  Is St. Paul Convent (secondary) better?

For secondary, I will choose SPCS.
But it seems asking for primary school.

I think SPCS with better acedamic result w higher English standard.
