My case is similar to yours. The performance of my bb (0608) in KV was the worst amongst 4 KGs we interviewed. Apart from the poor interview time (9:00a.m.), the interviewer also turned an unfriendly face to my girl and asked me to request my girl to speak loudly. My girl was reluctant to tell her name and age; refused to shake hands with the teachers; refused to sing (the teacher requested her to sing immediate after she failed to answer the aforesaid questions!!!) ; she only cooperated to match the pictures and cut the wooden toys. At the end of the interview, she also refused to accept the gift.
Surprisingly, we were finally put on waiting list. So I also think waitlisting = refusal letter.
My impression to this school after the interview was just soso. No expectation, no disappointment!!!
