請問有無小朋友同班的家長呢?FS1S

My son has not got English reading log book yet....I guess he forgot to bring it home last Friday as he saw in school it is a green book with a boy and girl picture on the cover. Just want to double check with you if you have got that log book?

For Chinese 1.1.1, the right hand side page said the students need to listen to teachers how many trokes each chinese word has etc....that's why I guess only need to do left hand side page at home which is writing from 1 to 10.

根據中文科"上課小提示", <閱讀存摺>平日在家自己完成, 通知才須交回.

在過去的星期六、日有無覺得好似好忙噉？淨做功課+温習加起來好似用了好幾小時。老公仲話：「乜咁多功課嘅？」究竟是否我未習慣小一生活呢？

我哋就用咗星期日一個晏晝加一個夜晚，功課份量其實唔多，但係好濕碎 (可能因為用工作紙，冇簿)，所以都幾花時間。

我同太太就分工合作，我負責中文，太太負責英文，咁樣會冇咁辛苦。

我哋用咗一晚(星期六), 星期日下午做reading log
功課唔算多, 但好"呢hea", 因好多唔知"係咪咁做?" "事但做咗先啦!"

"功課份量其實唔多，但係好濕碎 (可能因為用工作紙，冇簿)，所以都幾花時間。"<-- 非常同意! 每晚檢查功課時都擔心自己有沒有睇漏...一張二張紙, 似乎係大人比小朋友更唔適應 >.<

對啊!每晚都要將佢所有folder既工作紙睇一次, 又要同佢夾口供, 睇下d功課有無miss, 很費時但無辦法......

所以係度傾吓, 唔洗得自己一個唔知點甘

其實真道功課量真的不多，我囡囡幼稚園的同學有些每天平均已有4至7樣功課。我相信因為大家還在摸索及適應學校的制度而已。大家一同努力吧！

上星期有通告邀請家長義工的, 有幾個時段選擇, 和可選擇星期一至星期五任何天數

It is also not easy for ourselves (as adults) to get organised if we have received many pages a day, therefore understand we need to help our FS1 kids to get things organised at the beginning. It will become smoother later when we and our kids have got used to this style.

On the other hand, it is not a bad training for kids to get so many things organised.

Logos has used this teaching method for so many years, guess they may have some intention behind this, if not a mistake.

今早到校務處想交 Planet II 的報名回條, 校務處說不清楚, 只叫依回條所述, 在9月15日(三)12:20-12:50PM期間親自到校務處交表如有關公司...又說若是要上班, 就交給小朋友, 叫他們午飯後自己往地下校務處去找Planet II 的工作人員交表...為甚麼不能全班集合表格後由老師交表? 又或是在校務處多放一個收集表格的箱子也好吧 一.一"

Well, as a mother (or even a student), I really feel confused, evey subject has 2 or 3 teachers... seeing handbook, say: Eng: worksheet.  Which worksheet? Ms Wong's or Ms Chan's.  If all their worksheet has its own code it would be better for us to do and check.
