That kind of strange and unreliable interview format, nobody can have 把握, unless the parent can complete the questionaire very very well and detail (obviously not me because i went alone and had no time to complete that paper). I don't know what they can observe from the child. I do not even trust them to have accurate marking on each child because I doubt whether the teacher could recognise which child is who.

完全同意, interview個日個老師跟本都唔知邊個小朋友係邊個, 無對名,又無寫抵野, 完全睇唔到小朋友既情況, 等如無 in過.

德望面試我自己帶囡囡去,
掛住填問卷都冇為意後面有老師評分,
仲奇怪大部份小朋友都自己玩,
前面幾位老師又唔似比緊分wor...
不過其實面試形式好formal,
有常識, 智力問題, 動作題, even要唱歌嘅學校,
取錄結果同表現都唔係成正比!
小朋友表現好理想又唔一定被取錄,
表現一般嗰d又可能有驚喜,
事實上取錄標準有好多項, 面試表現只係其中一部份!
又唔可以話咁樣唔公平,
因為亦有好多平時好叻嘅小朋友面試表現失準,
所以學校考慮埋其他因素都合理!

I agree interview is not a fair game.

However, d老師好似唔係好mark 小朋友ge performance又唔係好似有對下小朋友個名就真係怪異咗啲。始終，就算睇其他因素，小朋友本身表現先最緊要。除非好似浸幼咁擺明凈睇家長又另計...

Anyway,希望快d有消息la.

This afternoon, I called again to GH. The staff said no letter has been released yet. And applicants can only ask GH by phone to check as long as they still cannot get any letter at beginning of Jan.
Sigh !! Maybe, even the staff dunno which exact date the letter(s) are to be ready for despatching. I guess the result may still be on hand of the school's top management under review ..... so nobody will dare to ask about and tell us about the exact date for announcement ... but just give us a standard answer, i.e. "within Dec". .... :(
