Hi all,

Nice to meet you all.  James tells that there are all together 35 students in 2B with 3 Isaac (HUI, LEE, LAM) and 2 Catherine (WONG & YIP).  What a big class.   

James is going to 4 this month.  I've arranged a birthday party for him and you are all invited.  I've asked Ms YUEN to give everyone an invitation card last week.  Hope that you all get one.   See you then.

Just have time to read other thread & realize why Vianca cried 1 hr this morning before taking school bus.


I thought her dictation paper is just for parent's record so I kept it in my drawer last night. The whole morning Vianca was looking for that without success so she's getting panic. She called me & asked me to phone Ms Yuen informing her about the lost paper. She worry a lot that Ms Yuen will get angry with her. She was relaxed a little bit only after I promised to do that for her right away.

After I hang up, I suddenly remembered that paper. And luckily Daddy was at home by that time so he can sign for her immdly & just on time to catch school bus with her 'signed dictation paper'. aiya........I really feel sorry to poor Vianca who cried 1 hr because of mami's stupid mistake!

Dear tobygin888,

I share the same feeling here.  I accidentially put the paper folder (for notices etc.) with the other paper folders that Ms Yuen gave us on the 1st parents' day one night last week after checking her school bag (you know, they have those 'done' sheets that I need to put them in one of the paper folders and keep at home)...................and it happened that on the next day Sophie lost her name badge (that only the laminated school bus card was left ~~), I thought she lost that paper folder on the same day.  I then thought the school may find it and return to her but replacement name badge needs to pay for $$.  So, I just put the $$ in an envelope.........on the other day, I saw Ms Yuen wrote that the badge was found etc. etc..........but I wonder if she hadn't find the paper folder.........then, Sophie told me that Ms Yuen wasn't happy because the paper folder was not in her school bag..........I started to puzzle and rethink what else could happen...........and eventually found the folder with the others at HOME.............so, I wrote a small note to Ms Yuen explaining (cannot be the full story, of course, too lengthy) what'd happended............the kids now respect their teachers very much that a little could cause frustration to them.

Hope Vianca feels much better now ~~

Richelle cried yesterday when she was waiting for the schoolbus as she forgot to bring the dictation paper...just can't tell you the whole story...to conclude----she really respects her class teacher, she is afraid if she forgets sth, class teacher is not happy.

Met Miss Yuen today la...I am so happy that Isaac has a good teacher..I found that she is really care about the children, not only Isaac..I hear that she gave a lots good comments for the parent.

She does not only concern on the academic, but also the physically and mentally development...
