hi Alanhoky,
i didn't join the lucky draw......so, i didn't feel the stress.  
you know what, i have a all-the sudden thought.......as my gal is a small small gal (born at dec.), i should has her study one more year in K3.   
:  : just kidding!
i still not decided which school to go.  the schools should be sending me the letter in june/july for final confirmation.  will pm you once we have make up our mind!

My cousin was graduated in York.
He's now in Tak Hsin - not a 'super' school but which is also okay.
His parents told me that York's standard was relatively high.  When my cousin was in P1 & early P2, he was just repeating what he had learnt in York and felt very relaxed!!

Hope your kid can get her first choice!!

thanks for your sharing! i just have that silly thinking.....because i found lots of the kids got so lucky on the central allocation.  'maryknoll' / 'hepp yen'.  wow!  as a mother of gal's dream!
york is a good standard school, it helps the kid with the study routine.  i like the way they are indeed!

我而家已經開始為亞仔升小一做準備, 希望滿意啦.....

你地報晒summer course未ar?? 學校又迫住要返jet-set, 限住晒d 時間, 而游水就去YMCA, 留番個8月頭開學前2個week 去下旅行......

Hi shueyl，我們的小學不是派位，是去考，05年尾已知結果！您小朋友返AM定PM？summer  course基本上唔使怎報，因為差不多天天放學後已有課外活動，7，8月會同囡囡盡情吃，喝，玩，樂！另外，如您報私校可以參加大抽奬，但直資收了，便不可參加！

wow, there's lot of students transferred to Stafford! it's having more percentage than our year at L2 (only 2 of the students!)

i had only applied 3 private schools for my gal.  in fact, 2 out of 3 we've got the seats.  but, only 1 of them i had registered.  including 1 government school i have got in the 1st round.  now i have to choose between the private and the government school.  the name of the school, please see pm.

it's hard to join summer school when my gal was in N1 and L2 as well.  but, this time, except the normal activities which she goes before / after school, we will maintain, we also added 2 more outgoing / performing courses to her.  1 is the course in ocean park (it last for 3 days, kid can touch the dolphin!)

係ar...係new year 時已有10個8個轉走, 而家我仔果班諗至少有10幾人轉過去....因為學校捉d 家長既心理, 佢d 同學個個10幾樣課外活動, 邊就到d 時間...就算過去學費再貴d 家長都甘願比佢劏..   

我個仔N1時直情無安排野比佢學, 因為吾想太Push 佢, 而家果時既班主任話如果吾係特別有咩注主力心散, 其實吾洗太早比佢學d 課外活動(果時我諗佢班主任好以有d 倒米    )係N1既summer 先開始學下野....
而家我仔只係學琴, 同學英文phonics, 睇story book, 寫sentence...同埋學校既jet-set.....你地上年有無報架..???我地今年勁多人報, 只有1個吾上咋......所以根本無得揀..

我上次同今次check pm都無你既pm.....    我都覺得ocean park 果個都幾好, 不過而家d 天氣開始熱la.... 你地要吾要返工定係full time mum ???
