Yes.  Some local Chinese students from IS will switch to CKY or other DSS to learn more Chinese.

CKY is a good choice of bilingual school.  Good luck to you!

Do you mean Creative?  Their secondary is very new, so don't know much about it.  Their primary is a Chinese school, from some kids I know, they are good at Chinese but not in English, and they have the same P.3 and P.6 assessments, similar to other local schools from P.3 to 6. So depends on what you want.
